  • Review and draft responses to various legal documents and correspondence for attorney’s signature

  • Prepare deposition or trial examination
  • Review, analyze and summarize depositions including past testimony
  • When relevant, attend depositions, trials, review panels and arbitration and mediation hearings
  • Help prepare experts and witnesses for deposition and trial
  • Develop written reports for use as study tools by the attorney
  • Coordinate and attend Independent Medical Examinations

  • Coordinate and assist in facilitating focus groups or mock trials
